Apply for an absentee ballot. You qualify.You can apply for absentee ballots for both the primary and general elections (you must make a separate application for each). Call The Tuscarawas County Board of Elections at 330-343-8819.
Vote on March 4, 2008, and ask for a Democratic ballot.
